Yes—for property managers, management companies, or HOAs who are interested in getting repairs done at several locations, thanks to the size and effectiveness of our team, we have the capacity to handle roof repairs efficiently and effectively on nearly any number of properties.

At a minimum, you should have your properties inspected at least once a year, although twice is ideal. We suggest scheduling an inspection once in the spring and fall—or after any major weather events where you suspect damages may have occurred. Doing so will allow us to catch issues early on and prevent them from worsening into costly repairs.

To minimize disruptions to tenants or residents during roofing work, we always offer advance notice and communicate the scope of the project and the estimated timeline so everyone knows what to expect. We are conscious of reducing disturbances caused by noise, odors, and dust, and we make sure the safety of the tenants or residents is our top priority. Although there is no way to completely eliminate inconveniences caused by roofing work, we aim to keep it as non-intrusive as possible.
Although the safety of the residents or occupants is our top priority, we also make an effort to safeguard the rest of the property and landscaping on all of our roofing projects. To do so, we implement tarps and other protective coverings to limit the spread of dust or other materials, as well as use safety nets to prevent any falling debris. After a project is completed, we conduct an extensive clean-up so you can’t tell we were ever there.
Yes, we are proud to offer customized roofing plans or maintenance schedules for property managers, property management companies, and HOAs. We will work alongside you to create a tailored plan or schedule that is best suited to the unique budget needs or roofing requirements of your properties. Whether it’s a yearly inspection for residential duplexes or seasonal repairs on commercial properties, anything is possible!
We understand the urgency that comes with a damaged roof, especially if it’s affecting the lives of your occupants or interfering with business operations. That’s why we offer emergency roofing services for all property managers, management companies, or HOAs we partner with. In the event of an emergency, simply contact us, and our team will be on-site as soon as possible to identify the problem and make the necessary repairs.
If you’re interested in collecting roof inspection reports in order to maintain the accuracy of property management records, we will be more than happy to provide photographs, videos, and detailed descriptions of roofing conditions and issues.
